Thanks Stefan. Yes, I am fascinated and daunted by the same things. Even more so, in the corporate world, where a few brave corporate leaders are trying to bring transformation processes with the Theory U process. At the personal and corporate levels, people and leaders look for psychological safety because the collective trauma (of which the majority is not aware ) caused by COVID, makes them yearn to go back to "normal", whatever that means. What I am trying to convey in this article, is that in the post-Covid world, "innovation", especially using Theory U, is the best way to understand complexity, and to act accordingly, not only to survive but more importantly, to thrive. I am a living example of that. I adopted the U as a way of life to survive in a failed country, and now I am on my way to thriving in a global world. I don't know if I am going to make it at the end, but I am having a hell of a ride.
